About us
A specialist provider, built around young people
Company X provides supported accommodation and tailored support for young people aged 16 to 21, including care leavers and unaccompanied asylum-seeking children.
Many young people placed with us have experienced disruption, trauma, loss or displacement. Our role goes beyond providing a bed.
We create structured, nurturing environments where young people feel safe, respected and supported to move forward. Placements are carefully matched to ensure suitability, effective risk management and clear progression planning.
Our teams work in close partnership with local authorities and commissioning teams, with a dedicated Referrals Team maintaining transparent communication and structured reporting from first enquiry through to move-on.
Building brighter futures, together.
“The team are extremely nurturing and caring professionals. This is very apparent in how they interact and engage with young people.”

What we believe
Our values, in practice
Effective support balances care with accountability. Young people thrive when expectations are clear, boundaries are consistent and support is compassionate.
Safety first
Safeguarding is not a policy document, it is the standard we hold each other to.
Structure with warmth
Consistent boundaries and genuine relationships, not one without the other.
Honesty
Realistic assessments, clear reporting, no overselling of what we can offer.
Progression
Success is a young person who no longer needs our support.

Progression
Support is delivered, reviewed monthly and stepped down as independence grows.
Transparent communication
A named contact, clear referral decisions and honest updates throughout the placement.
Structured reporting
Daily records, monthly summaries and risk reviews that stand up to scrutiny.
Safe matching & assessment
Suitability reviewed against presenting needs, risks and placement objectives.
