Accommodation
A home that feels stable from day one
Our properties are ordinary homes in ordinary neighbourhoods — close to transport, colleges and the services young people need, set up for small groups with staffed support.
Your own bedroom
A private, furnished room a young person can make their own — somewhere to sleep, study and shut the door.
Shared, homely living spaces
A living room, kitchen and bathroom shared with a small number of peers, set up so everyone can cook and live together.
Furnished and equipped
Bedding, kitchen equipment and cleaning supplies are provided, so a young person is not starting from nothing.
Wifi and study space
Internet access to keep in touch with family, apply for college and complete coursework.
Safety systems
Working fire alarms, fire doors, gas and electrical safety checks, secure entry and recorded maintenance.
24/7 on-call support
Staffed support hours during the day and an on-call manager overnight and at weekends.
Living together
Clear house expectations, fairly applied
Boundaries are few, explained at moving-in and revisited in house meetings. Young people know what is expected of them, what they can expect from us, and what happens when something goes wrong.
- Be respectful to the other young people and staff living here
- Keep your room and shared spaces reasonably clean and tidy
- Let staff know where you are and when you'll be back
- No unapproved overnight guests
- No drugs or weapons on the premises
- Contribute to house meetings and your support plan
