Who we are

Supporting young people to live safely, independently and with confidence

We are a specialist provider of supported accommodation and tailored support for young people aged 16 to 21, including care leavers and unaccompanied asylum-seeking children (UASC). We work with local authorities and partner agencies to provide safe, stable homes where young people can rebuild trust, develop independence and prepare for adult life.

Our placements are carefully matched to ensure suitability, effective risk management and clear progression planning. Many young people placed with us have experienced disruption, trauma, loss or displacement. Our role goes beyond providing accommodation: we create structured, nurturing environments where young people feel safe, respected and supported to move forward.

Our ethos

Care with accountability

Young people thrive when expectations are clear, boundaries are consistent and support is compassionate. Our ethos is built on a commitment to safety, structure and empowerment.

Stability, respect, independence.

  • Safety and safeguarding as absolute priorities

Every decision starts with whether a young person is safe, and stays safe.

  • Clear expectations that promote responsibility and respect

Boundaries are consistent, explained and applied fairly by every member of staff.

  • Honest communication with young people and professionals

We say what we can offer, what we cannot, and why.

  • Trauma-informed, culturally sensitive practice

Support is shaped around each young person's history, identity and faith.

  • Empowerment towards independence, not long-term dependency

The goal is always a young person who no longer needs us.

Safeguarding, quality & trust

Safeguarding underpins everything we do

We operate in line with statutory guidance and the Supported Accommodation (England) Regulations 2023, with robust systems to identify, manage and escalate risk. Our framework is built around clear procedures, consistent oversight and decisive action.

Quality is monitored through daily records, management oversight, audits, staff supervision and continuous learning, so that what we say we do is what actually happens in each home.
